Terms of Service

AudiMetr is an independent analytics, verification and plaque platform. It is not a record label, publisher or distributor and claims no ownership of your music, artwork, brand or earnings.

You confirm that every report you upload is an authentic, unmodified export from your distributor for music you own or are authorised to manage.

Editing, inflating or fabricating figures is prohibited. We may terminate accounts and revoke verified status, badges or plaques based on manipulated or unauthorised data.

Solo Artist is free, always. Paid plans offer more artists and saved plaques as described on the Plans page.

On a downgrade, extra plaques are archived as inactive, not deleted. Plaques with 3 or more Gold stars remain permanent.

You are responsible for images, bios and links on your public page. Unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content is not allowed, and links may be screened.

Verified streams and plaques mean the figures match distributor statements uploaded to AudiMetr. We may deactivate plaques if source data is disputed or the account is closed.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or submit fraudulent data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, AudiMetr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
